Demo version 1.01: hotfix

Version 1.01 is just a small hotfix for some bugs / quality-of-life improvements that slipped through the cracks in the original demo release.
- Fixed an off-by-one error that causes the game to crash if you load a savefile with whichever accessory has the highest ID equipped.
- Using a 1.01 savefile with the 1.00 version of the game will still trigger this crash, so please don't do that. I should probably add some safeguards so the game will handle weird items from the future more gracefully...
- Fixed Burger Juice being rendered as regular water in Off The Rails.
- Added tractor beams to UFOs in Waste of Space to make them easier to enter (and leave), holding up/down will cancel your horizontal speed and align you with the opening of the spacecraft + move you towards it.
- Prospector Frank now sells two all-new accessories so there's more stuff to spend Carrot Coins on lategame: the Gallon Hat lets you overheal Magic Juice to twice the max value, and the Prospector's Protractor increases spell range/duration by 50%.
- There's now 14 more carrot coins than you can spend, instead of 24 which was over a third of the available ones! My plan is that eventually, you'll be able to spend exactly all of the coins, so there's a point to being a completionist.
- Overhealing Magic Juice is different from raising the max value in that your passive regeneration won't go past the max value, but food / juice packets will. Having this accessory equipped will also make the expensive drinks less pointless.
