Version 1.22 is a Valentine's Day-themed content update, which means you'll get to explore a beehive! (Because Saint Valentine is the protector of beekeepers)

- The useless room above King of Music and Mucus now leads to a new level! What is it gonna be? You'll just have to find out for yourself...
(nah I already spoiled it, it's the bee kingdom) - Some more additions to top part of Castle Town, including the police headquarters and goth bar!
- Expanded movie world sewers with a new town area with more lore, and a shortcut back to the top once you finish Winnie's quest.
- Winnie's tip about the quest item's whereabouts has also been updated to be more specific.
- Many rooms with important NPCs for progressing through movie world has also been marked on the map now (Jacob, the guy guarding his ladder, Winnie's office, Mayor's mansion, steamboat ballroom)
- Fixed the default pause menu page on a fresh savefile defaulting to Statistics, messing up the lesson to equip things
- Fixed Cursed King depth-sorting on top of the player making the fight harder than intended (it somehow accidentally worked as intended UNTIL NOW because of Game Maker being weird with how it sorts objects on the same layer, lol)
- Reordered Tippy's dialogue options in her house so 'Can I use the storage?' is on top instead of the useless flavor text about the TV.
- Changes to walljumps/wallslides:
- Made hitbox requirement for sliding down a wall more strict, so it should be harder to get stuck on random corners and slopes losing all your speed.
- Made the check for initially sticking to a wall stricter than the check for falling out of a wallslide, and added a guaranteed minimum wallslide duration, to prevent cases where you stick to a wall right at the bottom and then immediately fall off. (Landing on the ground or letting go of the left/right input will ignore this timer so you can't use it to clip into the ground)
- Fixed knockback state from meleeing a shield or magic block sometimes ending IMMEDIATELY.
- City of the Ancients level design tweaks:
- Reworked Shiny Wings gauntlet to be slightly easier and have a return trip without precision jumps if you fail halfway and gotta return to the tornado
- Added background to Magic Yarn room (I accidentally deleted it previously, whoops)
- Added a small platform so walljumps aren't necessary to return from the Super Climbing Pick room (preventing unavoidable damage if you don't get the right angle first try)
- Added a liftable rock to spikeball room so you have a fallback solution to Magic Yarn room if you don't know the alternate ways to bypass wind zones
- Made final jump in Magic Yarn room easier
- Changed background in a room with palm tree decorations so it's not INDOORS which looked weird
- Greatly improved damage / reduced spread for shotgun spell (Desperation) when having Bear Seeker equipped.
- Changed the dodgeroll from Dark Soul accessory to only trigger if you hold a direction when pressing the run button (should help prevent accidentally dodging when trying to do platforming sections)
- New synergy between Emotional Support Wasp and Bee's Knees (doubles bee bullets)
- Breadshrooms now only trigger once they're on-screen instead of ONLY checking player's horizontal position, so they won't instantly aggro in vertical shafts.
- The nondescript circle thing indicating zero held Life Shards was removed, now when the transparent outline exists it's just confusing.
- Fixed Focus laser beams causing way too much screenshake / sound effects when impacting enemies.
- Max number of Shiny Wings is now correctly displayed as 8 (Nugget Mines story update added the 2 remaining ones in that world but I forgot to add them to the tally)
- Fixed autosaves triggering immediately when certain cutscenes starts instead of at the intended times, so you could lose that progress if you did a hard shutdown before triggering the next autosave
- Added autosave triggers after Hammerhead's repairs, ninja lessons and handing over Shiny Wings issues.
- Added autosave trigger after having Gupreda extend your scarf.
- Added autosave triggers to a bunch of cutscenes that didn't have them before, mostly after you lock in a story choice or make story progress (e.g. killing Frie, committing any crime that makes Carrol lose faith in you, getting permission to use Jacob's ladder, finding the Staff Key).
- Moved Umbrella accessory from Miranda to the vending machine in Bubble Trouble (where it's more thematically appropriate to find something water-themed). Instead she sells a new accessory, the Red Tennis Ball.
- Dracula's Librarian now also sells Blood Moss.
- If you've learned Grandma Goat's name, her name tag now changes to reflect that.
- When sticking to wall with Super Climbing Pick, uses a different sprite without the scarf trailing behind you + the slide particles aren't spawned, so it actually looks like you stick instead of sliding
- Fixed taking regular damage from burning / poison even with the invincibility accessibility option turned on
- Improved readability of Seven Rings display on 'important items' screen and added Essence Orb display. (You'll only see it once you've found at least one of the orbs)
- Changed dialogue boxes to adjust delay between typing noises depending on length of the noise, so longer samples will sound better. This forced me to change volumes for a bunch of samples (since they don't get spammed 60 times per second anymore they appear less loud) so please tell me if something sounds super wrong now.
- Wally correctly uses the old foxling sprite to match talking about his grandkids (I just numbered these instead of labeling them properly so I mixed the sprites up lol, he was always intended to be old)
- Lucia, Abigail, Luca and some other Bun girls now use a different voice sample (that's not obviously a dog)
- Reformatted some Pisston dialogue that was hard to read due to his vocal quirks.
