I didn't wanna make the game too good™️  during the voting period so the bugfixes and quality of life improvements got shafted until it ended... but now they're finally here :D

• Options menu, you can change audio levels and fullscreen mode / turn off blood!
• Keyboard remapping
  • Mouse can't be remapped, I'm not sure I wanna go full retro and add a non-mouselook mode for authenticity because the game's already hard enough as it is
  • I'm gonna add hotkeys to switch weapons at some point but I haven't figured out how the weapon system should work with the full loadout yet (will a giant list of every weapon in the game get too annoying or do I need to force some sort of equipment limit?)
• Some small audio balancing and menu tweaks (default volume is lower now)
• Fixed some bad enemy placements
