Just a small update with some quality-of-life fixes...

• Fixed a bug where the screen would sometimes resize to larger than the Windows canvas size (applying screenscale twice if restarting the game in fullscreen mode in a dual-monitor setup - there's some strange interaction with this and reading the screen size), causing major graphical glitches including rapid flashing.
• Added new option to turn off score popups entirely.
• Added new option to speed up the blood splatter effect on death.
• These two options will improve your experience if you think all the effects are too distracting.
• Updated the game's icon and loading screen image (which had apparently been the Game Maker default placeholders this whole time).

Option files are incompatible with previous versions.
