Another mid-jam bugfix update / tweak!
- Fixed blocks performing autonomous actions during the line-clear animation, which could lead to blocks getting desynced and end up in other blocks or outside the playing field.
- Tweaked block spawn rates some more: T-blocks and long blocks are more common now, since they're the most useful but the addition of 13 more block types made then really rare.
- Revamped effects when clearing lines: there's score popups, screenshake, and better particle effects.
- You now get a "LEVEL UP!" message when the difficulty increases.
- Made the noise filter a bit stronger, since it's barely visible right now.
