2D Inverse Kinematics Example
A downloadable asset pack for Windows
Buy Now$1.00 USD or more
A simple inverse-kinematics system that allows a two-joint limb to try reach a given point with its free end, with limitations to how much each limb can bend. Contains source code for GameMaker:Studio (although it's very easy to adapt to any programming language since the approach only uses basic maths and trigonometry).
The demo (and source) allows for both human arm and leg simulation with a single shift in parameters.
